Data Sheet

Background: Cysteinyl leukotriene receptor 2 (CysLTR2) is a receptor for cysteinyl leukotrienes. There are two receptors for cysteinyl leukotrienes, CysLTR1 and CysLTR2. CysLTRs have a clear role in pathophysiological conditions such as asthma, allergic rhinitis and other nasal allergies, and have been implicated in a number of inflammatory conditions in cardiovascular and gastrointestinal diseases.

Application: Functional assays

Figure 1. Dose-dependent calcium flux upon treatment with ligand, measured with MultiscreenTM Calcium 1.0 No Wash Assay Kit (Multispan MSCA01).
