Responsibilities:
- Compound screening in 384-well format in cell-based assays.
- Data analysis and problem-solving.
- Generate stable mammalian cell lines and develop HTS cell-based assays.
- Participating in internal and external project meetings.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area and accurate lab notebook.
- Daily internal and external scientific communication.
Requirements:
- Love learning and can-do attitude.
- At least 2 years of post-graduate hands-on cell culture laboratory experience.
- Hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture and the ability to manage large numbers of independent cell lines is required.
- High throughput compound screening and cellular assay development skills desired.
- Goal-oriented, organized, great attention to detail, enjoy multitasking and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
- BS degree in the biological sciences.

Senior Research Associate

Responsibilities:
- Compound screening in 384-well format in cell-based assays
- Data analysis and problem-solving.

- Lead projects, participating in internal and external project meetings.
- Provide guidance to junior level research associates.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area and accurate lab notebook.
- Daily internal and external scientific communication.
Requirements:

- At least 5 years of experience (industrial experience preferred) in high throughput compound screening and cellular assay development.
- Hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture and the ability to manage large numbers of independent cell lines is required.
- Familiarity with molecular biology techniques such as PCR and cloning.
- Goal-oriented, organized, great attention to detail, enjoy multitasking and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
- BS degree in the biological sciences.

Requirements:
- A Ph.D. degree in the life sciences with molecular and cell biology or a related field focus is required
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience focused on the design, development, optimization and validation of cell-based and membrane-based assays using TR-FRET, ELISA, radioligands or reporter gene assays in high throughput setting
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in high throughput compound screening using liquid handling automation
- Deep understanding of key factors that affect assay performance
- Understanding of G-protein coupled-receptor (GPCR) pharmacology and background is a strong plus
- Strong initiative and commitment to project timelines; ability to implement backup approaches to achieve project goals
- Self-motivated and possess a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability
- Goal-oriented, organized, great attention to detail, and good record-keeping
- Ability to communicate ideas and results clearly and constructively internally and with customers
- Diligence in following laboratory standard protocols, safety guidelines and practices

Associate Scientist: Cell-based Assays

- Design and develop cell- and membrane-based HTS assays for compound screening in 384-well format using recombinant and primary cell lines
- Perform HTS compound screening and profiling
- Plan and lead projects
- Participate in internal and external project meetings regularly
- Provide guidance to or manage research associates and technicians
- Daily internal and external scientific communications to support new and completed projects as part of the customer care team
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area and accurate lab notebook
Requirements:
