Multispanís Shipping Policy and Liabilities

Multispan works with 4 separate carriers for International Shipments to insure that our customers have the best possible pricing. The customer may choose to utilize either FedEx, World Courier, TNT, or Nippon Express. The customer can choose to provide Multispan with either their account number for above carriers or pay Multispan directly for shipping costs. If the customer chooses the latter option Multispan will bill the customer for shipping on the customerís invoice, as well as endeavor to find the most cost-effective shipper for the customerís region.

Multispan uses FedEx for all Domestic Shipments, Domestic Shipments are considered to be any shipment within the continental US or Canada. Multispan will automatically bill the customer for shipping via FedEx when we receive the Purchase Order, unless the customer requests us to use their FedEx account, in which case they will only be billed for handling costs.
